From experience this method achieves the highest possible price, as the property is advertised as a guide price, and while on the open day prospective purchasers can see the demand for the type of property therefore tend to put in higher bids to secure the deal for themselves.
If it is preferred we can act in the traditional way, and accompany individual viewings as and when they are booked.
The commission we would charge for this service does vary depending on the type of property however we will not be beaten on this.
